The new HTC HD3, which recently was reported as gaining a new handle in honour of Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7 and be known as the HTC HD7 gets a few details revealed today along with a possible unveiling date.
According to an article over on i4u by Robert Evens, the word is the HTC “senior executives” have told Smarthouse that they will officially unveil the HTC HD3 on the 15th of September at an event in London along with unveiling a new Android tablet and Android 2.2 HTC Desire.
The details revealed on the HTC HD3 are that the smartphone will sport a huge 4.5 inch AMOLED display, 8 megapixel camera with two LED flashes, a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, WiFi, 4G, 1GB RAM, 32GB storage, HD recording, HDMI out and all packaged in a 10mm shell.
Naturally the HTC HD3 will run Microsoft’s latest operating system, Windows Phone 7, although it is unclear whether the HD3 will actually come out as the HD7, but will apparently launch in Australia first.
