Nokia N8 Smartphone Delayed Again: How Do You Feel?
The Nokia N8 smartphone has been delayed yet again and we are asking you how you feel about that, it is not coming at the end of this month as planned so that means the waiting game just got longer.
The Nokia N8 was supposed to come this month of September but it has now been delayed until October whilst final amendments are being made, not all bad according to Engadget as some rumours say that it was going to be pushed back until November.
Here is the full statement that may interest you:
“The amount of pre-orders has exceeded our expectations and we are working hard to deliver the Nokia N8 to the market. In some markets, we had planned to start delivering the Nokia N8s to our pre-order customers by the end of September. To ensure a great user experience, we have decided to hold the shipments for a few weeks to do some final amends. We’re thrilled with the response that we’ve had to the Nokia N8 and assure everyone who’ve pre-ordered it already that it’ll be worth the wait! We expect consumers to get their Nokia N8s during October.”

I will answer the question in just one word… "frustrated" !
What is the real reason? Nokia having not enough manufacturing capacity to honour all the pre orders at launch is one possibly good reason, having discovered some new software problems at this stage is rather a worry, that suggests that the product testing regieme is not good and we should all be worried about what the software "glitch" is that they are correcting…. Very frustrating, as the phone has been coming soon since May and is meant to be the saviour of Nokia in the Smartphone market, what signal is this delay giving to users and the markets, change the CEO, other Executive leaves major new model delayed…
Exasperated!!
Nokia is good in two things, making good devices and delaying them,,,,,,
