Well now what do we have here? Why it looks like a white version of the Motorola Droid 2 World Edition. Yes folks it appears Motorola has managed to deliver on the white side of things white white iPhone 4 hopefuls still remain in the dark as to when Apple will finally get their finger out and deliver.

According to an article over on Pocket Now by Evan Blass and by way of Droid-life, a couple of Droid 2 World Edition images have surfaced with the smartphone porting a nice shiny new white jacket.

The Motorola Droid 2 World Edition is of course destined to play nice on the Verizon Wireless network and has even been rumoured to be replacing the CDMA only version Droid 2 handset on the Big Red.

Naturally as this new version of the Droid 2 is a world edition it will come complete with GSM radio and SIM slot for those who wish to use the device overseas, but apparently still keeps the 3.7 inch display rather than moving up to a 4 inch version.
