Sony Ericsson recently opened their new HQ in Atlanta and during that event Sony Ericsson’s CEO Bert Nordberg gave a video interview on his thoughts about the company, and competing handsets such as the BlackBerry and iPhone.
We have a video of that interview for your viewing pleasure below which comes our way courtesy of Vlad Savov of Engadget and by way of Global Atlanta. The video lasts just over two minutes and gives us a view of what the Sony Ericsson CEO thinks.
For example he thinks that a BlackBerry is a text machine while a Sony Ericsson is an entertainment machine, and when it comes to the iPhone he says there’s nothing you can say other than the iPhone has been a great success but there are a few spots in that you can compete with.
Right at the end of the interview though Nordberg does say that Sony Ericsson has some big surprises coming in the next couple of months…Android 3.0 PlayStation phone perhaps?
