Yet more rumour and speculation over the possibility of the much wanted Verizon iPhone has come to light even though Verizon’s CEO has said that a CDMA iPhone wouldn’t come this year, as reported (here)
However now according to an article over on i4u by Luigi Lugmayr, not too reliable website Digitimes is reporting that Pegatron is making a CDMA iPhone 4, which is nothing new as back in May Digitimes said the same thing.
This time round though they report it a little differently by saying that Pegatron is scheduled to begin production of a CDMA iPhone sometime in November and expects shipment to hit 3 to 4 million units in the first 3 months and by mid 2011 about 10 million.
If Pegatron does indeed begin production in November then it is highly unlikely a CDMA iPhone 4 will be seen this year, so it is looking like sometime in 2011 before we see a Verizon iPhone.
