iREB 4.0 H8sn0w Tool iPhone Problems: Discussions
We wish to hear from iPhone and iPod Touch 2G users who have used the iREB 4.0 H8sn0w tool, this is a discussion area just for you to let us know what you know covering the above tool.
The iH8sn0w’s iREB tool allows you to bypass errors whilst restoring to custom IPSW in iTunes for the iPhone 2G and 3G, it does state that it will bypass all of 16xx and 21 Restore Error, this is where we ask you if this worked.
The iReb application is there in place to turn a non-jailbroken iPhone into a temporary jailbroken state, it allows it to permit custom firmware created by Sn0wbreeze or PwnageTool.

Hey.
I have a problem with iREB. I have a ipod touch 2g mc model. when i used iREB it freezes at waiting for iBSS. It`s very annoying cuz i can`t jailbreak my ipod becuz of this. So if anyone has a solution i`d like to hear it.
i think you have to use the main USB port… every  computer has one. for example i have a laptop its windows7 and i have a port on my left looks very like not a USB port, but it is and its the main one too, just a thought ;p
