The RIM BlackBerry PlayBook is the hottest new tablet coming to the market soon and we would love to know how much you would pay for it.
We have talked about the announcement, the specifications and even shown a live video, we have even mentioned that the BlackBerry PlayBook release date will be January 2011 (Lets hope so Hey), but no one has mentioned the official price, which has yet to be announced.
This is the first tablet device to feature a dual-core 1GHz ARM Cortex A9 CPU, this CPU according to ZDNet is said to give you 50-percent more processing speed than the Hummingbird, the Orion ARM Cortex A9 will also allow 1080p video capability and HD recording and provide extended battery life.
The BlackBerry PlayBook has 1GB of RAM as said above, which is 4x more than the Apple iPad, the new tablet comes with two HD cameras including a 5-megapixel camera and a 3-megapixel front-facing camera, the Apple iPad does not even have one camera (Oops).
The RIM device has Adobe Flash 10.1 player, 7-inch multi-touch screen (1024×600 with 1080p resolution), HDMI video output, Tethered 3G Internet access, Wi-Fi and much more.
Now seeing as the RIM BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet has very impressive specifications surely this means a huge price tag will be stamped on it, but how much would you pay?
We have put a poll together with a list of prices; we will start low and go higher but please be realistic and give us your honest opinion on what BlackBerry will charge for this device.
