Looks like old Motorola made a faux par with the specifications of the new Motorola Droid 2 Global smartphone as apparently the specs popped up on Motorola’s website for a short time and once realisation set in was quickly removed.
However the guys over at Engadget were quick off the mark and grabbed some of those Droid 2 Global specs which are that the Motorola Droid 2 Global will be quad-band for world usage, no surprise there, a 1.2 GHz processor along with a redesigned QWERTY.
Other gear made mention is a 5 megapixel camera, with auto-focus and dual LED flash, 3G mobile hotspot, 40GB memory expandable up to 32GB, and improved touch screen tech.
There’s also mention of business ready security for all the business minded folk out there, but other than that not much else and no image of the Motorola Droid 2 Global were available but no doubt the device will be the same as other Droids.
