It appears that some are just too eager to out their Windows Phone 7 device and aren’t waiting for the Microsoft Windows Phone 7 official launch event in a couple of hours time, as not only has LG outed the LG Optimus 7 early, Samsung has now done the same.
According to an article over on Gizmodo by Kat Hannaford, the Samsung Hub has now posted the official low down on the Samsung Omnia 7 smartphone with pictures and an array of Samsung Omnia 7 details.
The details on the Samsung Omnia 7 we’ve probably heard before somewhere along the line but they go like this, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor rather than a Hummingbird processor, a 4 inch Super AMOLED WVGA touch screen, 5 megapixel camera, A-GPS, WiFi Bluetooth 2.1, and 8 GB internal storage.
Again sounds pretty much the same as most Windows Phone 7 devices but obviously Samsung was going to opt for the Super AMOLED. No word on if the Samsung Omnia 7 will come preloaded with any of Samsung’s own applications though so maybe we’ll find that out during the official launch event.
