Apparently LiveClock is a jailbreak tweak app that has now joined the iOS 4.0 group of apps and what the application does is it turns the iPhone home screen clock icon into a live clock rather than have the time set constantly on 10:15, the second hand actually moves.

According to an article over on iPhone Download Blog, LiveClock may look really small but it is accurate and also looks fairly good on the iPhone’s Retina Display as well.

If you have a jailbroken iPhone and want to take advantage of LiveClock you’ll need to access and search Cydia and if you also fancy knowing the exact time to the second while you’re there you could check out the Lock Seconds app which apparently adds seconds to the lock screen.
