Desire HD and Z maker HTC have a lunched a new marketing campaign with the tag line “Here’s an idea,” for the run up to the festive season and will deliver marketing activity across a wide range of media such as TV, online and print.
According to an article over on Mobile Today, the “Here’s an idea” dive will be a multi-million pound campaign and will focus on 2 specific products along with HTC Sense.
Vladimir Malugin, HTC;s head of European marketing has stated, “We are building on what we have done with the “YOU” campaign which we rolled out at the end of 2009 and have successfully driven brand awareness with.”
And went on to say…”With ‘here’s an idea’ we want to tell consumers the story of a series of different innovations we are building into our products. These are innovations consumers have picked out as the most exciting ones. We are trying to tell the story of our innovations and how they are applicable.”
So it appears that we can expect a new marketing push from HTC in the run up to Christmas, and perhaps who knows maybe we’ll get some insight into what HTC has planned for future mobile phones.
