The latest Android Galaxy S device to come out of the Samsung stable is the Samsung Continuum which is an exclusive smartphone for the Verizon network, and now Samsung and Verizon have gone all official with the Samsung Continuum with pre-order date and pricing.
According to an article over on Android Police it appears the rumours where true and that the Samsung Continuum pre-orders will start as of the 11th of this month and will go on sale as of the 18th of this month in time for the festive season.
Price wise the Verizon Samsung Continuum will set the customer back some $199.99 and of course after a $100 mail in rebate based on signing on for a 2 year agreement.
I’m sure you already know the main specs of the Samsung Continuum but in case you missed them, 3.4 inch Super AMOLED touch screen, 1.8 inch ticker display, 1GHz Hummingbird processor, 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, runs Android 2.1 OS, Bing Search and Maps, WiFi, and all the usual gear.
