iTunes iOS App Refund Request How To
Let’s face it not all mobile apps are equal and there are occasions when you purchase a mobile app to find that it doesn’t work for one reason or another and you need a refund on your cash. Well there is an easy way to request an app refund for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch from iTunes.
According to an article over on Intomobile by James Falconer and by way of OSX Daily, it’s quite simple to request a refund for an iOS application as long as you have a valid reason for asking for such a request such as buggy gameplay or performance problems.
So, to request a refund on that iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch app all you do is fire up iTunes, log in to your account, hit your iTunes email, select “Purchase History,” click on the app you’re having an issue with, then click “report a problem,” and lastly fill out the presented form and detail your legitimate reasons for wanting a refund.
That it the job is done, now all you have to do is wait to see if Apple considers your request legitimate enough to hand your cash back, although as Apple considers a sale as final, getting a refund is going to be a bit tough anyway; however if your issue is genuine there shouldn’t be a problem.
If of course this method fails you can request an iOS app refund by using Apple’s web form which you can find by hitting up here. Refund request reply times do vary though, and don’t put stuff like “this app stinks” as Apple will just deny the request.
