Google seems to be pushing out a lot of gear in the mobile phone arena lately what with a Google Reader app for Android and the upcoming Google Editions ebook bookstore comes to smartphones in the near future, and now Google Doodles comes to mobile.

According to an article over on Ubergizmo, the official Google Blog has announced that Google Doodles will be hitting iOS 3.0 and above devices along with Android 2.0 and above devices across the world, and that nearly all of the Google Doodles that show on the desktop version will have a corresponding mobile version for said handsets.

So when Google Doodles are available all a user needs to do is fire up google.com in their mobile browser and they will see a mobile optimised version of Google Doodles.

As they guys at Ubergizmo says, Google Doodles won’t actually benefit your mobile browsing but they are a neat part of Google history so enjoy.
