Do you own the Dell Streak and wish to replace Android 2.1 OS with the new 2.2 update? Well some good news has come in that all of you will love to pieces, it’s coming today.
Many O2 customers of the Dell Streak have been waiting patiently (Some impatiently) for the new Android 2.2 Froyo software update, sites like the Inquirer said that it was coming this week and it is TODAY (Android Community confirms this)
At the moment the O2 Dell Streak smartphone has the Android 2.1 operating system aka Éclair, which was released in September for this handset, so to see this new Android 2.2 release happening today will put a smile back on users faces.
If you look over on Twitter you will see the O2 Tweet saying “Great news for our Dell Streak owners – the 2.2 Froyo update is coming this week!”
