Google Nexus S Takes On Nexus One: Comparison Video
So what we have for your viewing pleasure today is a comparison video that pits the Samsung built Google Nexus S against its predecessor the HTC build Google Nexus One, but is the Google Nexus S a worthy successor?
The Nexus S against the Nexus One comparison video comes our way courtesy of Jon Rettinger over at Technobuffalo and delivers a nice 14 minutes of comparing the latest Google guys Android 2.3 Gingerbread toting smartphone against the original Google phone.
The purpose of the comparison is that many own a Google Nexus One with its now outdated operating system and Jon takes a look to see if it’s worth upgrading to the new Google Nexus S with its new firmware but at least you’ll get to compare Android 2.2 Froyo with Android 2.3 Gingerbread side by side.
So is the Google Nexus S worth upgrading to? You’ll have to head on down and punch that play button to find out and if you agree or disagree feel free to voice your opinions in our comments area below…enjoy.

Cool video. I bought the Nexus S on its release day and absolutely love it. I did TONS of research on the Nexus One when it was being released a year ago and I came very close to buying one. Only thing that stopped me was the fact that it was Google’s first attempt at it’s own branded phone -so I figured that I’d wait for their second release to buy one to let them get the bugs out and perfect their product. But judging by this video and from what I’ve heard from Nexus One owners, it’s STILL a top of the line product. It’s good to see that even if I would have got the Nexus One, I would have made a great purchase.
