So if you are going to promote the latest smartphone to come out of the Google Guy’s camp you have to do it in a big way as befitting the company itself right? Well obviously the only way to do so is to erect the world’s largest Google Nexus S device in one of your stores.
According to an article over on Engadget by Sean Hollister, if you happen to be in the San Carlos, California area and pop into the Best Buy store you will be confronted with a 42 inch Nexus S handset.
Apparently this large Google Nexus S works and is controlled by a standard sized Nexus S device while the larger version sports a working camera and Android 2.3 Gingerbread UI that you can explore.
Naturally we don’t expect everyone to pop along to San Carlos to check it out, so we have some video footage of this giant Goggle Nexus S in action for your viewing pleasure below although apparently the larger screen isn’t very responsive.
The video lasts just over three minutes of playtime with the big Nexus S where Jason Kincaid of Tech Crunch has a play with Paper Toss on the device. Anyway enough of me, head on down and check out this over large working Google Nexus S…enjoy.
