Apparently there’s a little bug in the iPhone 4 that means whenever a user snaps a picture the centre of the captured image shows up a blue hue and apparently this happens only when using the rear 5 megapixel camera and not the front facing VGA camera.
According to an article over on TiPb by Georgia, this blue tint issue is still a problem with iOS 4.2.1 and some users have said it is to do with lighting conditions whilst others say the blue tint still appears no matter what the lighting conditions are.
Apparently the problem is with most iPhone 4 handsets or perhaps all and also occurs in video, and Georgia has come up with possible causes and fixes, with the causes being an iPhone 4 defect or possible light conditions. As for those fixes you can live with it, exchange your iPhone 4, install the Camera Spot Fix app that’s available from iTunes, or use incandescent light.
So have any of our iPhone 4 toting readers experience this blue tint issue and does it happen on every image that you nap? If so have you found a way of fixing the problem not mentioned above? If so feel free to let us know by posting us a comment.
