First Opera came to the iPhone and was followed by Skyfire, then Skyfire developed a tablet version, and it seems Opera isn’t going to fall behind Skyfire when it comes to the tablet browser arena either as during CES 2011 Opera will show off Opera for Tablets.
We have a preview video of Opera for Tablets for your viewing pleasure below which comes our way courtesy of Marin Perez over at Intomobile and by way of Opera Software’s YouTube page and delivers a very short 26 second preview of their tablet browser.
In the video it looks like Opera for Tablets is running on an Android Samsung Galaxy Tab, and touts smooth panning and zooming, but will Opera for Tablets end up playing nice on the Apple iPad? Who knows, but maybe we’ll find out when Opera showcases Opera for Tablets at CES 2011.
Even if Opera for Tablets doesn’t get on the Apple iPad there are plenty other tablets on the horizon that the browser could well end up on such as the BlackBerry Playbook, Motorola Xoom, and other new Android tabs expected at the event.
So all you need do now is head on down and check out the Opera for Tablets preview, would you opt for Opera for tablets for your browsing experience on your tablet device once it arrives?
