The big smartphone for Verizon at the moment is the HTC Thunderbolt 4G which has been leaking all over the net waves recently and has just had its name confirmed by an advert in Rolling Stone magazine, however that’s not all that the advert shows.
According to an article over on Engadget by Chris Ziegler and by way of Android Central, the Rolling Stone ad also shows off the HTC Inspire 4G which is destined to play nice on AT&T along with touting the T-Mobile G2 and Sprint HTC EVO 4G.
Now the thing here is that HTC Inspire 4G for AT&T as AT&T doesn’t actually have their LTE network rolled out just yet and are currently at HSPA+ much the same as T-Mobile so it would appear that AT&T is taking the same stand on 4G as T-Mobile.
There’s not much hard and fast info available on the HTC Thunderbolt 4G for Verizon and the same can be said for the AT&T bound HTC Inspire 4G, but no doubt we’ll be hearing more on these two 4G smartphones at CES 2011 in Las Vegas later in the week.
