T-Mobile phone users will suffer the data allowance cut set by the company; this move will hit Google Android users the most.
T-Mobile is slashing its mobile data allowance from 1GB to 500MB, this reduction set by T-Mobile will anger many customers and we want to hear from you all. Google Android as said above would feel it the most by seeing the allowance slashed by 80 percent.
Android users were allowed to access 3GB of data each month so by knocking it down to 500MB is huge to say the least, Computer World UK reports that T-Mobile say it will provide a better experience for all its customers who use the internet on their phones.
“Given that data allowance was a driving force in choosing T-Mobile over competitors last year, this is a huge blow,” disgruntled T-Mobile customer Steve Anderson told the BBC.
We would love to know if our readers think that this new T-Mobile move is controversial, O2 made the data allowance cuts last year and now it seems many other are following.
T-Mobile customers who need higher data allowance will be encouraged to set-up a separate mobile broadband plan, YES more money for T-Mobile then. If you have anything to say on this matter we would love to hear from you (Post complaints or comments in the area provided below) , we want to call this the T-Mobile Customer Complaints area.
