For those iOS gamers out there in Apple gear land who enjoy first person shooter action we have a little debut trailer footage for your consideration below of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Shadow Vanguard game from Gameloft.
The iOS game debut trailer comes our way courtesy of the guys over on Daily iPhone Blog and by way of the Gameloft YouTube page and delivers one and a half minutes of strangely promoting the game without actually showing the game but rather takes on the form of a hostage situation news bulletin.
Honestly the hostage siege depicted in the trailer reminded me of a real life hostage situation that went down in 1980 in London where the SAS stormed the Iranian Embassy.
The premise of Rainbow Six: Shadow Vanguard for the iPhone is according to the video blurb is that “a global terrorist group threatens the world balance. Only one team can prevent this: The Rainbow Unit.”
Not much else to say other than Rainbow Six: Shadow Vanguard is expected to become available for the iPhone and iPod Touch at some point later in the year according to Pocker Gamer, so nip on down and check out the debut trailer and see what you think…enjoy.
