With Apple gear it seems to be all about jailbreaking their new software as quickly as possible, and apparently the untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.2.1 is almost ready for release, so much so that the Chronic Dev Team has pushed out a demo video which we have for your viewing pleasure below.
The iOS 4.2.1 Untethered Jailbeak by Chronic Dev Team demonstration video comes our way courtest of the guys over at Daily iPhone Blog and by way of p0sixninnja on YouTube and delivers a on and a half minute preview of the jailbreak.
According to ihachintosh, the video is a “proof of concept” for the upcoming Greenpois0n version that will deliver an untethered jailbreak solution for iOS 4.2.1 on an iPhone 4.
We visited a couple of sites such as Mobileclues who says that the Chronic Dev Team are ready to release the untethered jailbreak, while a commenter over on iPhone Download Blog noticed the WiFi bars weren’t showing, but apparently that bug will be fixed by release.
So for those iOS users who have been hanging on patiently awaiting the arrival of an untethered jailbreak, head on down, hit that play button and check out the footage, and feel free to let us know what you think…enjoy
