The Android 2.3 Gingerbread Google Nexus S smartphone by Samsung is coming to Vodafone UK soon, they should release soon but the exact date is a mystery that we will keep a close eye on.

According to T3 a white version of the Samsung Google Nexus S handset will be offered to customers via Vodafone UK (Even Apple cannot make a white iPhone), the Nexus S should make an impact in the UK with Vodafone customers.

To Date the Android smartphone was only available through Carphone Warehouse and Best Buy and now that Vodafone will put it to market sales figures should rise a little, the specs will be the main selling point here with 1GHZ Cortex A8 processor, 5 MP camera with autofocus, 4-inch touchscreen and the all important Android 2.3 aka Gingerbread operating system.
