The offer of a free smartphone doesn’t come along that often, but according to an article over on Online Social Media, and by way of Mashable, it appears T-Mobile USA is getting in the Valentine’s Day mood by running a special free smartphones offer.

Apparently T-Mobile USA is actually offering all smartphones in their portfolio as free handsets for a 2-day period beginning this Friday the 11th of Feb through Saturday the 12th of Feb.

There are some high-end smartphones to be grabbed for free included in the T-Mobile offer such as Motorola CLIQ 2, BlackBerry Curve 8520, the Samsung Vibrant and Windows Phone 7 HTC HD7, with the HTC HD7 normally costing £499, but for that two day period you can snap it up for zero.

So if you are a bit strapped for cash, and looking to snap up a Valentine’s Day gift for your loved one, then go grab a free smartphone from T-Mobile, although obviously a new 2-year agreement is still required.
