Motorola Xoom Tablet Price Drop: Still Want iPad 2
The Motorola Xoom tablet will be releasing in the UK soon and just before it is about to do so a nice price drop has happened, UK customers will like this one.
PC World has now dropped the original price of £499.99 down to £479.99 for the 32GB WiFi model Motorola Xoom; this is only 99p more than the Apple iPad 2 32GB WiFi model. What one will you choose now readers?
The Android Tablet PC can now be pre-ordered on PC World UK, which has been in place for a while now so seeing a price drop is fantastic for those wishing to purchase one. PC World’s online store does say “Due for release in the 1st week of April (date TBC), if you order from us today you’ll be the first in Europe to receive one”, so hopefully within a couple of days it will be available for shipping.
The Motorola Xoom will come running Android 3.0 Honeycomb, 10.1-inch touchscreen with multitouch, dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and so much more. Apparently you will get the Motorola Xoom on your doorstep by April 9th according to T3 by way of Pocket-Lint.
We would like to get to know our readers a little more and would love for you to answer our poll question below, Motorola Xoom or iPad 2?

Which is better between Xoom and iPad2 Motorola?
iPad 2. Hardware wise and software wise…. read the Anandtech review…
The XOOM is a half-baked product. Get a Transformer if you must have Android.
Yes, I’m expecting it! Enjoy UK!!!
