Now we all know that Nokia will be pushing out Windows Phone 7 smartphones at some point, but what will the first Nokia Windows Phone handsets be called and what will they be like? Well the latest rumour perhaps reveals those details.
According to an article over on Engadget by way of Russian site Habarhabr, and a tweet by none other than the man usually in the know when it comes to Nokia devices, Eldar Murtazin, the first Nokia Windows Phone models might be known as the Nokia W7 and the Nokia W8.
According to the Murtazin tweet, the Nokia W7 resembles the HTC Mozart while the Nokia W8 is a variant of the Nokia N8 and apparently both prototypes are built on the Qualcomm chipset that Microsoft requires.
Word is the first to market will be the Nokia W7 sporting an 8 megapixel camera with flash and auto-focus and is currently being for development purposes in house. Lastly Murtazin says that Nokia is planning on pushing out about a dozen Windows Phone devices in 2012.
