Well the latest information coming in surrounding the HTC Incredible 2 is that it will be a world phone (also known as a ‘global roaming’ device) after all.

A leaked sign of the Droid Incredible 2 has now surfaced, which gives us a good indication that the smartphone will definitely be going global. The sign/flyer/billboard was sent in anonymously, so its authenticity cannot be confirmed, but it would be great news if it does turn out to be true.

This information about the link comes to us by way of the guys at Engadget, who go on to say that also of interest is the fact that Verizon’s biggest selling point of the handset is the dual GSM and CDMA connectivity and not the larger screen and front-facing camera which does not even get mentioned on the sign.

In addition, news coming in from UnwiredView is that the HTC Incredible 2 will be the successor to the HTC Incredible S and could see a possible release April 21 or April 28, so anytime soon.
