Asus clearly cannot keep up with strong demand, which proves it is a very popular tablet PC. No one knows for sure why they cannot keep up with demand but it could have something to do with component shortages, who knows.
TechWatch reports that after speaking with NetBook News, David Chang ASUSTek’s Spokesperson said that production is being ramped up and that 100,000 units are being produced this month with the next month hitting 200,000.
The new Asus Eee Pad Transformer Android Honeycomb tablet main features include a 10.1-inch display with resolution of 1280 x 800, it also comes with a 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor and much more. Price starts from £380 for the 16GB model, you can opt for the tablet and the keyboard dock for £430.
