Binatone is expanding their range of big button mobile phones with the addition of two new devices, the Binatone SpeakEasy 300 and Binatone SpeakEasy 600; both specially designed to make messaging and calling easier.

The Binatone SpeakEasy 600 GSM handset features a built-in slider screen enabling the ser to hide the keypad and sports a 2.2-inch colour display and is Bluetooth enabled, FM radio and 1.3 megapixel camera and commands a price tag of £79.99.

The Binatone SpeakEasy 300 GSM mobile phone sports a large backlit display, large buttons, keypad lock button, SMS, clock and alarm, 4 hours talk time and 170 hours standby time and commands a price tag of £59.99.

Basically these big button mobile phones from Binatone are targeted towards the 45 to 65 year old group of mobile users delivering the large button feature for easier use and do not come with high tech features that could apparently confuse.

Well I’m in that age range and personally I don’t use or need a big button phone as I get on with my smartphone rather well, but I guess there are those out there that would prefer a low-tech large button device.
