You may be aware that as reported by my colleague Mark, the HTC Sensation 4G is to see release as of the 15th of this month on T-Mobile and that the Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphone will command a price tag of $199 after a 50-buck mail in rebate and on a 2-year term, but not everyone likes going the contract route.
Thus according to the guys over at Phandroid, T-Mobile USA used their Twitter account to announce the off contract price for the HTC Sensation 4G, so here’s what T-Mobile USA tweeted…
“We had a few people ask: The retail price (non-contract) for the @HTC Sensation 4G will be $549.99 +applicable tax.”
So there you have it, if you really want the HTC Sensation 4G without commitment it will set you back 550 buck, although you may well be able to purchase the Android handset off contract for cheaper elsewhere, so make sure you shop around beforehand.
