Now obviously this bit of news on the next generation iPhone has got to be taken with a very large grain of salt, but as speculation has it that Apple has struck a deal to release the iPhone 5 on China Mobile in September here’s another rumour that’s come to light that will no doubt throw fuel onto the iPhone fire.
According to an article over on Mac Observer, stoking the embers of the rumour that the iPhone 5 will be with China Mobile in September, the Shanghai Daily claims that the China Mobile iPhone 5 is “likely to be 4G.”
The Shanghai Daily doesn’t deliver on an source of their speculation that the Chinese version of the iPhone 5 will be 4G of course, but simply throws it out there as China Mobile will have their 4G network rolled out next year.
Now although China Mobile is the biggest carrier on the globe with an estimated 600 million users, do you believe that Apple would deliver a 4G enabled iPhone 5 for China and not for the US?
