Today is the Fourth of July Independence Day, and to celebrate this we thought we would put together a few Android and iOS apps just for you. The apps include 4th of July Recipes, GlowPuzzle Independence Day, WordSeek Independence Day and another app simply called Independence Day.

The first application is for both iOS and Android devices called “4th of July Recipes”, this application is very good indeed and should impress your family and friends. This is a book where you will get fantastic tips and all the necessary techniques to make Independence Day recipes.

The next app is called “GlowPuzzle Independence Day”; this app is free via the Android Market. This is an addictive game where all you need to do is connect the dots within the puzzle, you have to try and do this without the reuse of any completed path, make the correct path. This game is well suited if you want to test your brain, the game has 600 levels and more levels will be added.

The third application costs £1.08 and is available to install via the Android Market, the app is called “American Independence Day2 LWP”. LWP stands for live wallpaper; Independence Day is known as Fourth of July and is a federal holiday in the United States. This day is associated with baseball games, political speeches, carnivals, fireworks, fairs, picnics, concerts, barbecues and so much more. To celebrate this day why not get some amazing wallpapers for your Android device.

Just so you know, the app above needs compatible OS (Android OS 2.0 or later should work fine) and known devices that has seen a few problems includes the HTC Hero, HTC Droid Eris, Legend and Spica.

The next app for iOS device such as the iPhone etc is simply called “Independence Day” this app is available via iTunes for £1.19 and is a very good game for all. The app includes 6 perfect classic battles, upgrade the system to create individual fighters, 10 kinds of rich and delicate scenes, 100 + enhanced parts and 10,000 + equipment combination.

The Independence Day game has some great air fighters such as RED MIG, Yak, P40, P51, War II, BF109G, FW190, Stuka, Spitfire, Zero, Kamikaze and many more. The last iOS app is free via iTunes and is called “WordSeek Independence Day” this is great word search game for all the family. This game will test your ability, general knowledge, spelling and much more. The word search game obviously has the Independence Day theme and you can challenge yourself against the clock, can you beat your best time? All you need to do is find the hidden words on the grid, like any other word search you need to fid words that read backwards, diagonally, up or down. If you get a correct answer it will be highlighted, there are 18 words and 8 puzzles.
