This app is available via iTunes (App Store) for £1.79 ($2.99 USD); this app can be downloaded on the iPhone, iPod and iPad. This is a stunning application that has a unique and intelligent workout construction, and we really mean that, its great.

Once the app is installed on your iOS device it will allow users to access more than 600 exercises and video demonstrations, it will customize workout plans and even takes into consideration age, sex, available equipment and fitness levels.

This dynamically self-generating fitness app offers many features such as: 600+ exercises with video demonstrations, Scales to any fitness level from complete beginner to elite athlete, Long-term progressive cycling of variable lifting phases known as “periodization”, plus Workouts built to your schedule and your gym equipment.

All users need to do is input their age, sex, what equipment you want to use and fitness level and the app will create a custom workout plan complete with exercises and associated reps and sets. It will set a plan for each individual; this app is far from being boring according to the developers.

The app is designed for both beginner and advanced users, each workout is unique to you it is that simple.

It covers rest cycles to eliminate the typical plateaus of other types of fitness programs, you do need Internet for the app to work and iOS 3.0 or later.
