Phones Review Quickie: LG is expanding their Optimus range of smartphone with the introduction of another handset known as the LG Optimus Note, not to be confused with the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.3 of course., and several details on the new LG Optimus Note have now hit the net, along with a quick video that shows the handset in action.
According to an article over on Android Community, details of the LG Optimus Note along with a few pictures have been posted by South Korean blog Cetizen, and the details of the new Android smartphone are as follows…
Word is the Optimus Note will sport a 4-inch WVGA NOVA touch screen, 5 megapixel rear facing camera with LED flash, a VGA front facing camera for all your video calling action, a 1.2 GHz Tegra 2 dual core processor, 8GB of internal memory, Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi, and microHDMI port.
Apparently the LG Optimus Note will also will run the Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread operating system, and feature a full slide out QWERTY keyboard, whilst measuring 123 x 65 x 12.3mm.
It appears that the LG Optimus Note is destined for LG home turf only at the moment so it is unclear whether the device will be released in other markets, and of course no word on just when the Android handset will be available or at what price.
