CyanogenMod 7.1 Android ROM Released, HP TouchPad Joy
Android users are really going to like the ROM king; yes we are talking about the newly released CyanogenMod 7.1 Android ROM. This new upgrade is apparently as close as a replication to Android 2.3 Gingerbread, HP TouchPad users will be happy to know that your version is coming soon.
The new CyanogenMod 7.1 has many new features as well as the ability to work on a few new devices, and one of these devices is the HP TouchPad.
This new update will now work on roughly 70 devices, some of these include the Motorola Cliq, HTC Incredible S, HTC Desire S, Sony Ericsson XPERIA devices, Samsung Galaxy S II, Samsung Galaxy S, T-Mobile G2X by LG, and many more.
CyanogenMod Features Include: Enhanced Bluetooth support for mice as well as tethering, rewritten LED notification system, device-specific modifications, app launching gestures, built-in screenshot function, new lock screen widgets and more.
In the Beta ROM are devices such as the LG Optimus 3D, HP TouchPad, HTC Sensation and Vision. Gold versions for CyanogenMod 7.1 are available right now for you; please visit this download page to grab yours right now.
