According to an article over on The Telegraph, the Nokia Lumia 800 will release on UK shores as of the 16th of this month and will hit the mobile space just one day before rival Samsung launches the first Android Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, which is due on the 17th.
Apparently the Nokia Lumia 800 will be made available for purchase through all major carriers in the United Kingdom, and although currently the retail price for the Nokia Lumia 800 isn’t known, according to the article 3UK will offer the Windows Phone handset SIM free for £399 so suggest other carriers will probably follow suit.
However, according to a recent article by Phones Review colleague Mark, the Nokia Lumia 800 will be offered on contract with tariffs ranging from £10 to £68 with the device being offers from free up to £199.99.
