iOS 5.0.2 release next week, real battery life fix
There have been many complaints coming in about the battery life on the Apple iPhone, especially the iPhone 4S, we even asked you if the new iOS 5.0.1 update fixed the battery life issue, and many emails came back saying no. Well, there is good news that Apple is now working on the new iOS 5.0.2 release, which should hopefully be release next week.
We visited product-reviews and they report via MacRumors that the new iOS 5.0.2 should fix battery bugs (Battery life problems), the iOS 5.0.1 that was released to the public recently.
iOS 5.0.1 was released to the public, to address the battery life problem, and this did not work judging on all the emails we received via readers. The new iOS 5.0.2 should bring a real battery life fix, along with enhancements to the Siri functionality of the iPhone 4S.
Macerkopf (Translated) has reported that iOS 5.0.2 will also bring additional language support as well as expansion of maps and local search to new countries within Siri. It would be fantastic if the new iOS release next week (Hopefully) will bring to the table more Siri capabilities, how about commands for Siri to take photos and videos, or how about turning connectivity such as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on and off?
Please take all the above with a pinch of salt, we have not received any official news yet via Apple, but we are on the case and trying to find our more information for you.

Downloaded the ios 5.0.1 and then my battery stated to drain. Prior to that, it was not that bad.
I did the system update this morning and then this afternoon in the middle of a call my phone went black. Took it to sprint and its gone. Not sure if its the update
How about Apple release fixes when they’re actually ready TO be released. This sort of thing is really getting tiring and doesn’t do much for product confidence going forward.
