Sooner or later most smartphone makers push out a different colour variation of a device for those that simply don’t like just bland black, and the other day my colleague Mark posted that there will be a red version of the HTC Droid Incredible 2 released in a few days time, and now that red version has been pictured for the first time.
The images of the red HTC Droid Incredible 2 come our way courtesy of the guys over at Droid-life who posted the original renders of the device but now have managed to get hold of real pictured of the red model.
Apparently this red Droid Incredible 2 is releasing as of Thursday the 24th of November on Verizon; however, if you can hold fire for just a single day the word is you will be able to grab the red Droid Incredible 2 for free on Friday.
Naturally the new smartphone is only a cosmetic change and all specifications will remain the same as the original Android smartphone, so expect a 4.inch Super LCD capacitive Gorilla Glass touch screen, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 8 megapixel rear facing auto-focus camera with dual LED flash and 720p video, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, Bluetooth, WiFi, 16GB internal memory, microSD expansion up to 32GB and a 3.5mm jack.
So there you have it, we’d love to know if any of our US readers will be picking up the red HTC Droid Incredible from Verizon as a free device this Friday, so feel free to shout out to out comments area below if you intend to do so.
