One of the most popular mobile phones of 2011 its fair to say is that of Samsung’s Galaxy S II, and the South Korean company do not show any signs of slowing up with their new devices. Just recently another addition that of the Galaxy Nexus has officially released barr the US, and others will of course be showing themselves as we enter into 2012.
Today our attention turns back to the Galaxy S II that within a short amount of time had broken the company’s sales expectations for the year-end. Although the US yet again had to wait for the Galaxy S II to arrive, there are now three variants to choose from as well as the option of the handset in a white colour as oppose to the standard black model.
Good news has filtered through via Cnet.com today, that a pink version has now made its way to the country of Sweden on Three, with rumor pointing to the UK joining in with the fun fairly soon.
If the colour option doesn’t tempt you, then perhaps the specifications will! Including a 4.3-inch Super Amoled Plus display, the Galaxy S II packs a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 8 megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixel to the front, runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread although Samsung are reported to be upgrading it to the new Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 OS and so on.
Are you a Galaxy S II fan? Will you be tempted by the new pink colour should it come to the UK?
