The latest Android slate coming out of the Asus camp is of course the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime, and will be the first Android slate top come out to play packing the NVIDIA Tegra 3 quar core processor, and today we are treated to a little unboxing and hands on video with the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime, which we have for your viewing pleasure below.
The unboxing and hands-on with the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime video comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Slash Gear in the form of a two-part video combined delivering almost twelve minutes of getting up close with the Android tablet.

Spec wise the Transformer Prime offers a10.1-inch Super IPS+ touch screen with Corning Gorilla glass, an 8 megapixel rear camera, 1.2 megapixel front camera, 1080p video, LED flash, SonicMaster audio enhancement, that Tegra 3 quad core processor that runs at 1.3GHz when all cores are active and 1.4GHz when only a single core is used, 32GB and 64GB versions with both packing microSD expansion to ad another 32GB, HDMI port and 3.5mm jack.
Furthermore in a separate article the Slash Gear guys have come up with the release date for the Transformer Prime with confirmation coming from Asus that the release of the tablet should begin as of the 19th of December that puts it roughly a week later than previously mentioned.
