If you are the proud owner of an iOS device and have jailbroken said device you just might like to know that biteSMS 6.0 has now been released on Cydia and is compatible with iOS 5 as long as your iPhone is of the jailbroken kind of course, and we have a little video showing off biteSMS 6.0 for your viewing pleasure below.

The biteSMS 6.0for iOS 5 video comes our way courtesy of the guys over at iDownload Blog, and delivers three and a half minutes of checking out biteSMS 6.0 app that has UI enhancements and some other surprises.

The guys say that the new app is the best to date, and although a solid app before, with iOS 5 compatibility the app is even better, and includes a new ability to use the default Messages icon along with hiding the stock Message app as well as new QuickCompose and QuickReply Notification Center integration.

Anyway, as I have no wish to spoil your viewing enjoyment of the footage, I’ll leave it right there and let you head on down to mash that play button and check out the footage for yourself. Apparently if you have had biteSMS previously on your iOS device the updated app is a free download from Cydia, otherwise if you are new to the app it commands a price tag of $8.99…enjoy.
