Are you toying with the idea of purchasing a new mobile phone handset, but are avoiding an iPhone, Android or even Windows device? Perhaps this may be the time to consider a new BlackBerry from Canadian company Research in Motion (RIM).
Running on Verizon’s network, the new Curve 9370 has just been announced at the Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show, which coincidentally ends on the 13th January. But with the Canadian company struggling to keep up with demand from rival competition, we ask whether the new Curve addition will be enough to help RIM’s past dropped sales.
So what will the new Curve 9370 offer, which will be available from January 19th. According to Engadget first up, the new BlackBerry brings with it a 2.44-inch display, new BlackBerry 7 OS, new BBM 6 version, CDMA/GSM, NFC, 5MP camera with flash, connectivity with WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 and so on.
Price wise, the Curve 9370 will retail for $99 on a two-year Verizon contract after a $50 mail-in-rebate.
Let us know what you think about the new BlackBerry Curve 9370 on Verizon? Is it enough to keep up with rivals such as Apple, Samsung, Motorola, HTC and so on. In a struggling market felt by the Canadian company, will the new Curve suffice?
