Ooma HD2 cloud-enabled platform home phone
In the ever-growing world of technology, the first thing we think about when the word ‘phone’ is mentioned, is that of a mobile phone. But let’s not forget the birthplace of communication, that of the home phone. At the CES show currently being held in the US, a new addition has been announced from company Ooma.
Called the HD2 handset, the new cordless device benefits its user with as Ubergizmo reported a 2-inch colour screen and picture caller ID, along with its cloud-enabled platform feature. Working with the existing Telo box, which coincidentally is a free phone service connecting from the internet to make calls, the company have said that the new HD2 offers improved “HD Voice” call clarity with smartphone features “made possible by the cloud-enabled platform.”
The HD2 comes packed with a built-in speakerphone and headset port, can if needed be used as a baby monitor plus more for a price of $59.99 available in February.
Does the new HD2 appeal to you for the above price?
