Well now, during CES 2012, Sony delivered two new Android smartphone in the form of the Sony Xperia S and the Sony Xperia Ion, two every similar Android devices, so how to you find out the differences? Well by pitting them against each other in a nice comparison video of course, and naturally we have that video for your viewing pleasure below.

The Sony Xperia S and Xperia Ion comparison video comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Daily Mobile and by way of Android Central who got the two devices together to find out the differences between them.

Obviously the first difference is that the Sony Xperia S has a screen size of 4.3-inches whilst the Sony Xperia Ion sports a 4.6-inches display, but both are 720p displays, there’s a little difference in memory too, with the Xperia S sporting a total of 32GB internal memory whilst the Xperia Ion 16GB internal memory but also a micorSD slot for expansion, and of course the Xperia S sports that distinguishable transparent bar.

Both are Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphones however the Sony Xperia S has HSPA+ while the Sony Xperia Ion is a 4G LTE handset.
