Whilst at Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona, Three UK has announced that the carrier will be stocking the Nokia Asha 302 smartphone for those in the United Kingdom that are interested in the handset and is a Nokia S40 affordable handset sporting a full QWERTY keyboard along with a dedicated messaging key and dedicated community key.
Spec wise the Nokia Asha 302 offers a 2.4-inch QVGA TFT display, Nokia S40 Asha software, a 3.2 megapixel camera with 4x smooth zoom, push email alerts, social networking updates, GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900, WCDMA 850/900/1700-2100/1900/2100 with auto-switching between GSM and WCDMA bands.
The Nokia Asha 302 also offers combo internal memory of 256MB flash/ 128MB RAM, FM radio with RDS, WiFi, Nokia Store, Nokia Life Tools, Nokia Money, Nokia browser and web apps, and microSD expansion up to 32GB.
The Nokia Asha 302 measures 115.2 x 58.9 x 13.5mm with a weight of 106 grams with a BL-5J battery that delivers up to 9-hours GSM or 5.9-hours WCDMA talk time and up to 707-hours GSM or 830-hours WCDMA standby time.
