Albeit earlier rumours of the release of the Nokia Lumia 900 Windows Phone over in the good old US of A on AT&T being delayed until the 22nd of April, it appears that the new Nokia Windows Phone just might make an appearance stateside a little bit earlier such as on Easter Sunday.
According to the guys over at Ubergizmo by way of The Verge, someone that claims to be the assistant manager of a Californian AT&T store says they are gearing up for the release of the Nokia Lumia 900 and have begun mandatory training on the Lumia 900, which usually means a launch shortly after.
The supposed AT&T store assistant manager also says they think earlier reports tag the launch at the 18th of April but it will be a little earlier with a tentative 8th of April launch date. If so that would make it Easter Sunday AT&T delivers the Nokia Lumia 900 to customers.
Of course Easter Sunday is well, a Sunday, which seems a bit of a strange day to release a smartphone so for now of course this should be treated as rumour and not hard and fast confirmed fact, so the 8th of April could possibly be the AT&T Lumia 900 release date, or it might not be.
The source of the info does also state that the particular store will be stocking the Nokia Lumia 900 in both black and cyan, and the white Windows Phone model wont arrive until the smartphone performs well just like they did with the Samsung Skyrocket.
So there you have it the latest rumour on the AT&T Nokia Lumia 900 release date, so if you are waiting for the device keep an eye open on Easter Sunday just in case.
