AT&T Pantech P8010 phone packs benchmark punch

There is always a little flutter of eyes and palpitations’ going on when it comes to mobile companies releasing flagship handsets, and Pantech are one of these that keeps us edging more forward on our seats. A new benchmark has been revealed covering the new AT&T Pantech P8010 phone, which by what we know will come with decent specs.

The AT&T Pantech P8010 Android phone is apparently going to come equipped with a qHD 960 x 540 pixels resolution screen, the benchmark also points out that a 1.5 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor will be housed within, as well as the mobile phone running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and yes this OS will be running straight out of the box.

So far so good as they say, the processor not yet fully named could be the MSM8960, but this has not been confirmed so please take this with a pinch of salt.

Androinca reports that the benchmark data via Nena.se reveals that the Pantech P8010 could be made available exclusive to AT&T, if this is the case it could add the possibility that the handset will be 4G LTE connected. We have to point out that speculations are what the above is for now, so please do sit patiently and keep visiting us for updates.

The NenaMark 2 benchmark score for the P8010 seems to look good at 59.2, so far this smartphone is looking very good indeed, pricing and full specs are scarce, as so is the availability.
