White LG Optimus 4X HD up against HTC One X
Fans of the Android platform are in for a good year during 2012 with some great handsets just being released or in the pipeline. The upcoming LG Optimus 4X HD has appeared out in the wild in white and has gone up against the HTC One X.
This could be LG’s latest flagship handset with its great looking 4.7-inch screen and Nvidia Tegra 3 quad core processor, and now according to the Android Community via ePrice the device has been spotted out in the wild and with a white colour scheme. The site that spotted the device also puts it up against the new HTC One X that was also in white and powered by a Tegra 3 chip.
The upcoming LG Optimus 4X HD looks to be an impressive Android smartphone with its sleek form factor, and the site has a number of different shots of the white version of the handset out in the wild. The LG Optimus 4X HD could quite easily go directly up against the HTC One X as they both feature 4.7-inch displays that are powered by the Nvidia Tegra 3 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz.
They also both feature 1GB of RAM and eight megapixel rear facing shooters as well, but the HTC One X is already available in some markets and is hitting AT&T early next month, so LG better get the Optimus 4X HD out to the waiting public as soon as possible so not to fall too far behind. There has been some talk of a May release but so far there has been nothing official.
LG have made some small changes to Android ICS but mainly it should be the stock version of the software once released. Check the video below of the handset in white and use the link to see more images of it. Do you like the look of the LG Optimus 4X HD in white?
