Galaxy S Advance UK release date
For those over here in the United ingdom that may have been holding off purchasing a new Android smartphone because they are waiting for the new Samsung Galaxy S Advance to become available in the UK, the latest word is you won’t have that much longer to wait before you can grab the smartphone.
According to the guys over at Engadget, Samsung Mobile UK has now officially announced that the Samsung Galaxy S Advance will be made available in the United Kingdom in just three days time on Monday the 30th of April.
Spec wise the Samsung Galaxy Advance, a device that sits between the original Samsung Galaxy S and the Samsung Galaxy S2 sports a 4-inch WVGA 800 x 400 Super AMOLED touch screen, a 5 megapixel auto-focus camera, a 1GHz dual core processor, Bluetooth with A2DP, WiFi, GPS, FM radio, HSPA 14.4 Mbps, and runs the Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread operating system, a 3.5mm jack, a 1650mAh battery, and TouchWiz UI.
The vice president of Samsung UK and Ire telecommunications and networks divisions, Simon Stanford has said that just like many handsets before it, the Samsung Galaxy S Advance sports Super AMOLED technology, enabling anyone that purchases the smartphone to experience unparalleled vivid clarity and colour when viewing content.
Apparently the Samsung Galaxy S Advance will become available on the 30th of this month across variety of networks including both Vodafone and Phones 4u.
